Ok.. with all the new Workout sites and forums coming out I have devised a new workout program and diet.
6am- Cardio at a leasure pace while viewing forums on my laptop
7am- mcdonalds
8am- Arrive at work, log onto forums
8-10am- Post replies and talk with my fellow forumites
11am- Burger King and protein shake
11:30am-1pm- dream about being huge, look at pictures of pro's
1pm-2pm- lunch break: consume KFC and Pizza hut, look at porn
2pm-5pm- Get back to the forums.. It's getting hard to reply and post to all of them.
5pm- Pre-workout mean consisting of left over KFC
5:30-7:30pm- Hit up the gym. Talk about the forums. Maybe do a couple sets and 5-10 min of cardio
7:30-10pm- Back to the wonderful forums, maybe brag about my 2 sets of working out
10:15- Bed....dreaming about the forums and fast food
I doubt anyone else's routine is as complete as that lol
