Went from 175 to 205 in about 3 months, BUT... I was undernutritioned at 175, so I would say it helped that I actually started eating more than once a day. After a month, I went down to 200..
Supplements: Micronized Creatine (20g/day), Glutamine(30g/day), Whey Protein(180g/day) ... and a LOT OF FOOD

I just started training hard and changed my diet totally...
Went from 170 to 185 in about 4 weeks. Gained a little fat but not much. Im hoping for 195 naturally then to do my first cycle.

When I was in the military I went from 172lbs. to right over 200lbs....never fluctuated much from that. Took me about 4 months of heavy lifting and increased diet. I nailed the glutamine and protein (I used N-Large2 for calories plus regular protein powder). Like Carlos I slept a lot, lifted heavy, and ate like a mofo.

Think I went from 205 to 225 in about 6 weeks.
In 3 years I have gone from 165 to 225. Bodyfat has also decreased. Gotta love it.

I went from 202 to 230 in about 6 weeks
1. Diet changed dramatically!!! for the better
2. My protein(forgot the name of the shakes) was in the 400gram/day area and, my creatine (GNC brand) was at about 20grams/day without those supplements I ate about 5500cals/day (drank ALOT of water)
3. Worked out EOD on a football lifting schedule (strength shot through the roof)
4. Bodyfat was at 4.2% ending right b4 start of season

maybe u should be asking , 'what is the most lbm u have put on in the shortest amount of time' ?
but anyway;
I was undereating when I started, but I've gone from 72 up to 86kg since I started training in july.
I hovered at around 82/83kg for about 2 months until I got my ass into gear and started eating more.
I've been taking:
andro-pro 500
max's muscle builder
NAC
glucosamine
centrum select multi-vitamin
and s#@loads of foodLast edited by slob; 01-08-2005 at 03:59 PM.

Since I started training in my gym four months ago, I went from 186 to 208. But before going at the gym, I had a bench at home, did bench press and curls every other day for 8 months preceding the time I subscribed to the gym, I went from 155 to 186. So in the last year I gained 53 pounds and decreased my bf! I'm still natural and plan on staying natural... I think I can achieve the goals I want naturally.
Keep in mind I'm 6'2" so at 155 I was undereating.Last edited by ReX357; 01-08-2005 at 03:48 AM.

I gained a quality 25lbs in my first year, yeah its not 25lbs in 4 months but realistically i doubt anyone can naturally gain 25lbs of lbm in 4 months (not counting people with muscle memory, then it may be possible).

The most gains I've had without being on anything (I've only ever done one 10mL of cypianate) was with creatine and I had a little success with NO2. I know, NO2 is probably a joke, considering its price, but I had a great increase in military presses, going from 165lb for reps on the smith machine to 235 for reps in about 5 weeks. Maybe it was psychological, I don't know. I have noticed I make good strength gains when I cycle creatine. Here's one of my better pics. Not bad for someone who's only ever done one vial of cypianate, huh? ... and that was over 2 years ago.
If you want to gain weight, eat right, sleep enough, and try not to gain fat. I'm dealing with my appetite constantly because I'm used to eating what I want all the time due to a naturally high metabolism and good genetics. Now I'm at a place in life where my metabolism is slowing down due to age and I need to concentrate more on eating right to make sure my gains are muscle weight and not fat. Eat right, workout smart, get your rest, and the rest is history.Last edited by viking_warrior_2k; 02-04-2005 at 05:32 PM. Reason: adding to

When I first start training I put on 60 pounds in less than a year.
Started at 160 and reported to football camp at 220.
I waorked in a sandwich shop all summer where I could each as much as I wanted which did not hurt either.

went from around 170lbs to 190lbs in about 3 months. Finally learned how to eat and ate on a schedule. after 3 weeks I was sick of eating so much I took a 2 week break and lost a few pounds.
5 meals/day and had an extra 1000 calories from a weight gainer protein shake. no other supps. Took in about 170-200g protein/day

179-200 in 3 months.....protein by ON's and one hell of a diet followed by good work-outs. 2g/lb of body weight and ate 3 times a day with shacks and a PB&J in between those meals.

Before I started the juice I was 175lbs then bulked naturally to 200 over 5 or 6 weeks. Started my cycle, got sick, fell back down to 185 then by the end of my cycle was up to 230. Good times on the juice.
I'm at 200 now, I'm trying to cut my BF down some more and hit the 190 mark then over the next two years try to get up to 220 without a change in BF. My goal is 1lb a month.

When I first started training(18 yrs old in 1990, 5' 9" tall) I went from weighing 153 pounds to 205 in about a year and a half. There really weren't any supplements worth a crap back then. Those were all new pre-steroid gains; No muscle memory. My waist went from a 31" to a 32", but my arms grew from 14 1/2" to 17 1/2". Then came the first cycle...natural training was ruined after that!

Well I am 6'3" and went from 165lbs to 185lbs in two months (wasnt eating healthy) with just eating proper, working out, and sleeping. Then I put on 20 more pounds in three more months to reach 205lbs doing the same thing. So overall I put on 40 pounds in five months.

I'm 5'8 and went from 165 to 190 in a little over 3 months drinking cytogainer and aftermax and eating everything I could find. BF went up a little but took care of it with some cardio.
