Do You Have What It Takes?
Do You Have What It takes?
Let me ask you a few questions....
Do you have what it takes to be a Bodybuilder?
Do you have what it takes to travel the endless journey to that ultimate destination?
Do you have what it takes to push your body to the limit day in and day out?
Do you have what it takes to overcome the despair of failure and push yourself further next time in order to attain that ultimate goal?
Do you have what it takes to intake the immense amount of calories to bulk or cut them calories and go through the rigors of cutting?
Do you have what it takes to never miss a meal?
Do you have what it takes to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night?
Do you have what it takes to motivate yourself when there is nobody else there to push you?
Do you have what it takes to know how your body works and reacts to different diets or substances?
Do you have what it takes to live this laborious lifestyle?
Do you have the dedication, work ethic, love of the sport, heart, discipline, intensity, will, knowledge, and focus it takes to be a Bodybuilder?
Do you? .... I do.

BB,
That is arguably the"Best" thread i have seen here!
Frankly, most folks don't have the belly for it!! No pun intended.
Bodybuilding is as tough a sport as I have ever participated in and Ive done 'em all.

Mental Challenge
Good Post BB
Like I have said in previous post, Body Buiding is as much mental as it is physical. One has to train their mind as well as the body or they will not suceed.

Well as far as my workouts yes, but having to stop and eat eat eat, is my biggest problem, (imagine that me being Italian). But I am a very displine person, but of course if were all had what it takes we would be competing and all right? Course I believe that is you are happy with yourself and your looks (muscle wise), then you have completed the first step.

How true
How true Sicilian, alllthough I never seem to be happy with where I am at physically. No matter how many complements I may or may not get. I think I probably need counseling, you think?

PS. Hey Hard ASS,( I'm sorry I just can't stop laughing at that statement!) Ok one more time......
Hey Hard Ass,
Don't worry, if you try like hell, you got what it takes.
