Nothing gets by you, does it, Mike? I should have stuck that somewhere in the middle. I was trying to think of an artist who was even more lame than the Backstreet Boys or N'Sync. I think Kenny G fits the bill!

I like a variety of music, but when working out I like to listen to the following artist.

    Tupac: all songs

    Dr. Dre: Explosive

Snoop Dog: Serial Killa, Pump Pump, Who Am I (what's my name?)

Cochise: Perculator, Boodie Bounce, Ho's In This house, Plastic Dreams, Booty Call

Janet Jackson: All For You & Velvet Rope

No one mentioned DISTURBED!!! They are an asset to my workout music collection. The whole CD ROCKS!! When I do cardio (which has not been much these past weeks), I like some nice fast vocal techno. THis gets me pumped for the weeekend and pushes up my workout intensity.

I like hardcore metal or rap to get me going. But my gym enjoys playing backdoor boys and nsync the majority of the time. So I get to suffer til I get a new walkman haha.
