    Water pills

    Going on vacation and my more experienced friends suggest to take water pills to lose that full look and tighten up a little bit. It also brings out the definition and vascularity. He suggested an over the counter called Teraxatone. Has anyone every messed with the water pills and if so, what are your recomendations or feedback.

    taraxatone worked well for me but i took more than was suggested. Its been awhile but i believe a bottle is a 10 day supply and i took two bottles.

    Taraxatone's effects are basically from B-6 and Dandellion Root.

    They are mild diuretics, as is Taraxatone, and they only help if you are already extremely lean.
