Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.

I own some restaurants and have done real estate investing. Owning your own business is the way to go. You leverage yourself thru the efforts of other people. It is a beautiful thing

Fitness/Nutritionist entrepreneur.
Basically, I am sponsored and get free supplements, and get paid to workout and look good.
My dream come true. It took a while, but it's who I am and it's meant to be, so it was my destiny to do what I do.
This is leading to magazine appearances, interviews, and even an underwear commercial in 2K5 if I want to do it. Amazing how doors open like mad once you make your way into that first one.

I work at a granite and marble shop where we make kitchen countertops out of that heavy a** sh*t!!!! I hate my job and I'm trying to take a Real Estate course and get into that as soon as I get the extra money for the course. Trying to get into fitness modeling as well, my body is almost to the point I need it to be, I can almost taste it. I'd like to use the proceeds from fitness to invest and one day satrt my own business.
