can anyone suggest a Realtor to use, I am looking for a place in Boca Roton or within 15minutes ish.

also what does a Realtor charge to help me find a place..?

also can anyone tell me some nice places to look at that are within 15 minutes of boca, I hear that boca is really expensive to live in.

im not in the area bro (even tho I wish i was right now) but anyway, one of the best ways to find reputable businesses is to check with a chamber of commerce. so in google, i searched for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, then searched their membership directory for real estate brokers.
