Depends ALOT of what phone. Some phones can be unlocked by a code, MOST new phones have to be unlocked with a cable, in town theres stalls that unlock them for a fee

ebay has programs for unlocking cellphones just search for boosting mobile ,or some**** with keywords boosting and unlocking along with cellphone:/

shops wont do it, your provider can for a fee. its not entirely legal if done by yourself

Not true. My Tmobile store was happy to do it twice for me. However, they could not do a third because it required special software.
