it won't go away, i'm going to inject it with sterile water soon, someone please help me
try and install a new version of active x or uninstall or delete then reinstall. do a google search for that error.

Check your browser security settings. You may have to lower them. Upgrade
your browser to the latest patches. If that fails, see about reinstalling.
