    new years resolution?

    What are all of your new years resolutions? (sounds weird). Mine is to get to 220lbs with 15% bf, right now im at 195! Definately possible! Happy Holidays to all. also to stick with my diet and training plans and get a girlfriend?!

    Oh man I have so many. Getting bigger and leaner is definately one of them. It's funny when I am lean I can't wait to start bulking. Then when I bulk I can't wait to start cutting again. I also want to get a minimum of two businesses up and running in 2k5.

    I dont bother making new years resolutions because there just a failure waiting to happen i have goals instead

    stick to my diet, and gain at least 15 to 20 lbs before i start my first cycle. oh and to stay away from the booze until after i finish my cycle

    I agree with this 1000%. My new year's resolutions are just goals which I keep making year-round, not just every 12 months. The reason why so many people fail to keep their resolutions is because they never make goals for themselves otherwise.

    Havent got one, im always setting targets, aiming for highs and reaching my goals. Making a new years resolution isnt any reason just to make yourself a promise

    I would like to hit a 900 lbs. squat, 600 lbs. bench, 750 deadlift at the APF SR. Nationals in Detriot, MI... June 4-5... I just hit a 804 squat, 567 bench, 722 dead... at the APF Southern States Dec. 5, 2004... so I have a lot of work to do!!!!

    I'm going to drop a few pounds after the new year........30 to be exact. Then depending on how I look I might drop some more.

    i never make new years resolutions, no point. 99% of peoples new yrs resolutions always fall thru.

    There's nothing wrong with New Years resolutions.......if you'll keep them. I've a bud that one year decided to not drink for 30 days....the following year he did it for 60.....by the fourth year he quit all together. Some good can come from them.
