Boxing Day in Canada is crazy...everyone goes to the mall to get imaginary deals on stuff...it is a scam for the most part though.

u should c boxing day at west edmonton mall!!! it was ridiculous, i went to meet my girl there and i left after 5 mins. ive never seen so many people in one place.
yeah, Metropolis in Burnaby was the same...a frickin zoo!!! I think the origin comes from returning gifts after Christmas...boxing them up and whatnot, but I am not sure.
