exhausting workouts usuaully end up >
hey for all the AR members when you have a killer workout after your done are you completely burnt out that you cant even handle a post workout shake cause you might vomit you just wanna pass out and lay down??
i hate it!

Glad that's never happened to me! That would suck not being able to ingest what is so crucial for recovery. You may be doing too much!

never happened to me, try not to workout to failure each time.

I got curious and used a diabetic buddy's blood sugar tester only to find out my sugar levels had fallen thru the floor and insulin levels had spiked. It surprised me to say the least as my blood sugar levels are usually normal (on the low side, but acceptable)
I now carry glucose tubes in my gym bag just in case and am just a little more carefull when I work out so it's not really a problem anymore. At the first signs of feeling like that I now take a little rest and squeeze half a tube of glucose under my tongue.

cool i should look into the rest between sets longer
also maybe m1t a factor in this?
