My mornings suck Im always tired and it takes hours to get going. What do you

trying to do that myself now. Make sure youre not sleeping too late first of all. Drink lots of water before you sleep so you gotta get up to pee. Dont lay down even for a minute after you get up or you will just fall asleep. Never hit snooze. And most important have something to look forward to so you will want to get up everymorning.

Have your cd player close by you. When you get up turn it on your favorite song that pumps you up. That should help you get going. If not keep a bottle of ephedrine nearby .

I find placing my alarm clock (which is really really loud) out of arms reach - does the trick. I hate getting up - but having to get up - walk over to turn off the loudest alarm clock on the plannet really does work. I almost never just turn it off and go back to bed. Once you are actually standing up - you are up. Give it a try.

I have three alarms, that wake me up slowly over a period of 2 hours.
2 hours - first alarm
1 hour - second alarm
-5 mins before - 3rd alarm
it helps me wake up as im half asleep, its a hell of alot easier to get out of bed once ive had my three alarms!

I've got the 3 alarm system too, MESSY. That works well for me. This is how I set mine in accordance with when I MUST be up.
Alarm 1 - 1 hour before
Alarm 2 - 30 min before
Alarm 3 - 10 min before

I have my clothes ready to go, and most times almost sleeping when I put my running shoes on. By the time I stumble down the stairs and out to my car I am awake to drive to the gym.

I started sleeping upside down..someone told me that one should wake with your head alligned in the direction the sun rises..Something about re-establishing bio-rythms.I laughed at him..but tried it.Regardless of what time i go to bed now i wake up on time...and very coherent

Waking up is a choice you either choose to get out of bed and not be lazy or you choose to rollover. Once you create that habit of choosing to get out of bed you will enjoy the process.

I usually have a headache when i wakeup, so i just take two extra stength excedrin, and since i havent taken any caffeine or ephedrine or clen in a long time, it works pretty good.

try this - about an hour before you goto bed make an image in ur head of the time you wanna get up, and keep doing it til u goto bed. Goto bed then set ur alarm and hopefully u should wake up before the alarm sounds. And because ur waiting for the alarm to go off u can lie and chill for a bit. when to alarm sounds u can knock it off and get up without hessitation, get a pi55 and a wash straight away. Do coffee or tea then breakfast, brush teeth and ur ready to go
