Has anybody seen the commercial for bowflex freeweights. They look pretty slick. You can adjust the weight by a dial and it compensates. They would really save some room for a home gym.

Yeah I saw those a while back. I think they would work out quite well for a home gym. I mean you can do a lot of **** with dumbells anyway, definately a good buy IMO.

This was on a thread from last week. If you do a search you will find they are not really all that great.
