    I actually smoke 1 cigarette a day during cutting phase, it kind of gives me something to look forward to each day other than food because everything I eat sucks. I dont have an addictive personality ,I never smoke more than 1 a day, I highly doubt Ruhl does it all the time, I guarantee he did that just cause he knew he was being filmed and wanted to rub it in everybody's face that he had a cigarette in his mouth and is jacked.
