Sprint PCS ****ing sucks.
I hate sprint. The plans suck, the service sucks, the people suck. My phone went on the fritz, I had an A600, and called for a replacement. After defending my honour on the phone, I finally got them to send me a new one. And what do I get in the mail? A friggin BRICK. A Toshiba vm4050. This phone is huge. I hate carrying big **** in my pockets, that's why I carry a money clip, not a wallet, and have a single key on my keychain. I don't want to carry around this ****ing huge piece of **** phone. I just want a small ass phone that is slim, and doesn't take ****ing pictures, videotapes, 3d renderings, or direct NASA missions on Mars. Someone at Sprint will feel my wrath tomorrow when they open.

that sucks... i have not a problem with anything through them.. my girl had a problem with hers and they sent her an upgrade model in its place... but she was also dealing with best buys warranty on the phone and not sprint directly...

Sprint has always sucked IMO, the worse of all companies to deal with also...
They are just a pain in the ass, my girl and my mom both use them and are
always having problems, also everytime they have made a change to their
service plan, they (meaning Sprint) renew it for another 2 years and they
are locked in until that time is up... I would never ever use them... My cell
service never has renewed my contract and I change plans all the time...

I like sprint....going on 3 years now...service has been pretty good...had the first camera phone ever and with the replacement plan I got upgraded to the $350 video phone for free. No problems here
