I SMELL,it all comes from the food i've been eating, especially microwaving the eggs. and as everyone here knows that what something smells like going in smells worse when it comes out. i've been banned from allowing my arse breath naturally, so when i got to go blow, i have to go outside. so i'm asking if i can stay with anyone here at AR ??????

The worst things for gas are a high Fiber diet (ideal bodybuilder diet) and foods containing sulfer (eggs, onions, garlic). If you can eliminate or lessen those factors it may help you to some degree.
