.....I don't know what Swole thinks but here is my opinion, for what it is worth. GET THEE TO A DOCTOR - RAPIDEMENT!! Sleep apnea is a very serious condition that can ultimately lead to heart attack or stroke. At the very least, you will NEVER get the rest you sorely need and will function at the level of a comatose zombie all day. Folks with SA have fallen asleep at the wheel and french kissed bridge abutments.
Treatment usually commences with the use of a CPAP machine, which consists of a nasal mask with positive-pressure oxygen delivered while you sleep. Latest-generation CPAPs are much less bulky and easier to wear than earlier ones. Other adjunctive treatments may include mouth appliances to posture the lower jaw forward (try it, you will feel your airway open up further), resection of the soft palate if it is obstructive, and/or tonsillectomy or removal of adenoidal tissue. You are spinning your wheels if you try to accomplish anything remotely physically demanding with untreated Sleep Apnea.

OF COURSE IT DOES, OR SHOULD I SAY IT "WOULD", IF I DIDN'T HAVE EVERYTHING PLANNED OUT AND HAVE A SCHEDULE AS I DO.

D*MN, 6 KIDS? THAT'S A JOB IN ITSELF........1 IS ENOUGH FOR ME, LOVE HIM TO DEATH, WE GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

PERHAPS THE DOCTOR COULD ADVISE YOU ON THIS, MAYBE SOME SLEEP AIDES, ETC.

The 3-D's. Three synonyms. Very catchy.
