HAHA - water displacement - I wish I had the money for that. Calipers are the way to go, just make sure you are using the right formula.

I stand in front of the mirror in my underwear, and jump up and down and watch all my fat jiggle and jiggle and jiggle!!!
It's great.

Bump, when listing stats everyone posts their bodyfat%, but no one wants to reveal how they got it?

If I don't think I look lean then I've got too much bodyfat. Makes no difference to me what others think, or what any bodyfat measurment says.

calipers are the way to go for most people, however it takes about 300 times to get consistent, but its the easiest unless u have access to the underwater method

Some people will post pics and claim bodyfat when they really don't know for sure. I have a friend who has been doing it for years. I also do it for my clients. I can check and see if I don't agree with hisa measurements. We use the Parillo method and it uses nine sites. I can't reach them all on myself, so I have him do it.
Another note: at very lean bodyfats, hydrostatic weighing isn't as accurate as calipers, they get crazy readings.
