How does my member status go up ?

How does it go up anyone have a lsit of posts u need to get it to go up im stil la jr member how do i get to member senior vet etc ???? also how do i get a avatar ?/ thanks

Your staus changes as your posts grow. As far as an avatar, you do that yourself usuing the "User CP" tab at the top of your page. You have to save the poic you want (no bigger than 150x150) in your hard drive, select "change avatar", browse for your pic and hit "select" followed by "submit modification"
