    So surgery is the only way to get rid of gyno once it is solid?
    I am pretty positive I have it but not quite as bad as he did. I have a lump behind each nip. Each lump feels like two marbles attatched to each other. Will bromo or any other substance help at least reduce them, or do I have to plan for surgery?
