Which exercise do you dislike most?

For me it's pull ups... I'm in a bulking stage and have difficulty lifting myself.

I agree. Stairs are the worse right after the leg day.. Especially when there are stairs when I leave the gym.. I have almost fallen on my face a few times..

Deep squats - I hate the thought of them.....but after I'm done there is no better feeling. So you could say it is a love / hate thing....

Ouch, tendinitis would take all the fun our of those...

I guess I am lucky that way... my biceps stink and tri's are on steroids... (hey waitaminit... they ARE!) I really do like skull-crushers... it's one of the few things I can really go all out, grunt, spit, foam at the mouth and nothing hurts bad.

He he he we're all getting old... some days are worse than others though... I tell ya man... Shu pas mort mais j'te jure que j'étais pas fort aujourd'hui... ostie de grippe! That really makes ya feel old...

Stairs are the Test for leg day..

I think you should allways do what you dislike because ussually it is what you are not good at. If you do everything you wont dislike anything.

Squats . . . they screw up my knees something awful, dunno why, and the only thing that'll fix 'em is nandrolone. I can load up the plates on everything else with no problem, but squats, ugh . . . Tried lots of different positions, toes in, toes out, tried smith machines . . . bad genetics, I guess . . .

Sure did. Several different brands, too. Didn't help at all.
