    caffine pills and AM JOBS?

    Hey Yall, just wondering are caffine pills good, Coffee doesn't really give me that boost anymore and especially with my new job it requires me to wake up at 5am twice a week to open up the store( DAMMM U AM CARDIO PEOPLE, DAM DAM DAM YOU) so you think caffine pills will work ,i hate waking up if its anything before 10 or 11, since college class's are mid afternoon i sleep in ALLOT


    any suggestions,remedies you have..

    there is a normal way to handle this that does not require you to pop a pill

    get to sleep at 9pm.........thats all

    id have to agree.. its similar to me.. at one point i couldnt go to sleep without taking a tylenol pm.. i dont need them anymore but you dont want to get used to "needing" to take a pill to do things..

    Excellent job on deciding to do that very early cardio! But, good advice here already. Change your bed time to coinside with your new up early time. Just remember to average 7 to 8 hours of sleep and your morning coffee will be plenty to give you that little extra boost.

    When you wake up, pound a large glass of cold water, that will definitely wake you up.

    apparently eating an apple is as effective as a glass of coffee

    I used to take caffeine for my 6am shifts (up at 5), mind you they were normally Saturdays and I wouldnt want to miss Friday nights out so I'd pull an all nighter...
    I didnt really like the caffeine pills, not the greatest, so I threw them out.

    I love coffee so much I am immediately suspicious when somebody tells me they don't drink it. Up the dosage, it will get you moving.
