Friend cant have child

Hi,
I have a friend who cant have child, is sperm count is near zero.. I was wondering if hcg or clomid could actually help him a little or it would be a waste to even try.. He never trained or anything is test lvl is normal.. It something about is lh being too low...

That is a problem that cannot be helped through HCG or Clomid. If it were then the doctors that diagnosed him would have brang that idea up.

I'd say give it a try. If his sperm count is zero and they haven't determined exactly why, it's possible that he just doesn't produce LH. If you use HCG, which mimics LH, he may be able to produce sperm.
