I was using the new beta and had nothing but trouble. I completely uninstalled all versions of msg and then reinstalled the one just before the beta...I think that's 6.2.

Thanks for the help CB. So I should uninstall 6.2 and reinstall 6.0? I haven't seen 6.0 around. Is it still on msn.com?
