Help me pic a new bike

Ok this friday im going to buy a new bike . My choices are the from the Big Four , its gotta be a liter bike , the choices i have are between the supersport bikes or the sport/naked bikes . Maybe some of you have experiance with them , just asking opinions . Im leaning toward the R1 , ZX10 or the FZ1 but i know the FZ1 would be alot more comfortable for riding longer than 5 minutes as would all the naked bikes compared to the supersports . So im trying to weigh out looks/comfort/performance
    --Sport--

    Honda: CBR1000RR - price - $10999.00
    Kawasaki: ZX-10R - price - $10999.00
    Yamaha: YZF-R1 - price - $10999.00
    Suzuki: GSXR 1000 - price - $10849.00

    --NakedSport--
    Honda: 919 - price - $8099.00
    Kawasaki: ZRX1200 or Z1000 - price - $7999.00 - price - $8499.00
    Yamaha: FZ1 - price - $8599.00
    Suzuki: Bandit 1200 - price - $6999.00

Pics of the bikes they are in order from the above list :

Get the zx10r. That bike almost keeps up with my busa.. And that bike will kick my r1's azz. You would be shocked to see that thing run.. I love it.. I can stunt on that thing like crazy.. 3rg gear wheelies at 30mph. Just baaaadddddd..

Even though I love my R6 and the R1 is even better, I'd have to go with the gixxer simply bc of the word on the street being the the GSXR1000 beats everything else in it's class.

    My top 3:

    - GSXR1000
    - R1
    - CBR1000RR

The R1 is a superior bike to all but the Suzuki Hayabusa.

    R1 BABY, no question.

Ducati Monster S4R - Looks the mutts nutts and it rocks (plus it's not a jap bike)

Apart from that I'd probably take the R1 - This years model is looking really sharp with the exhaust tucked under the seat.

Oh, I forgot to ask...how long have you been riding? Please don't buy one of the new litre bikes if you've never owned a bike. I've been riding / racing motorcycles since I was 6 and mine is still too much to handle some times. No sh*t bro.

Yeah there's an idea, pay twice as much for something that isn't as fast or built as well.

Appreciate all the comments bros just got back to checking my thread today been really busy . Ill be able to get any of these bikes cheaper than MSRP i just have to drive about 80 miles to a Motorsport outlet that sells them directly so you save some $ from buying them from a dealer , keep em comin , the new gixxer is very nice but why did they put that ugly exhaust on it ? Last year the Gixxer dominated the liter bike class but this year everybody got pissed and seems they redid their liter bikes , ive heard excellent things about performance coming from the ZX10R this year , then i seen a R1 and all i could say was beautiful

Personally I like the r1 based in its looks and its comfort is alright....

I would pick it based on reliability reports, how comfortable the bike is to you by sitting on it or riding one if you can, and by how you like the bikes looks....

Realistically, who cares what magazines or others say about their performance. MOST people can not even take those bikes to their peak performance.

Before I sold my F4i last summer, I used to ride with a CRAP load of people and one of my close friends had a 01 r6. He was still in Highschool and was able to outride and outstunt anyone who took him on, even if they were riding those 1000's. He obviously lost on straight away races, though.

Point is, I personally dont even look at what is said about performance, because all of them are amazing machines. Ill start caring about that once I enter the pro circuit, lol.

Good luck on choosing a bike, ur one lucky fcker.

I would go with the ZX-10R or R1. Most average street riders wouldn't be able to tell the difference in the power of any of those bikes, they are all fast enough.
I personally think the R1 looks the best, but th 10R is a better bike, I also like the riding position better. The gixxer has been basicly unchanged except for the body style but still a great bike. I don't like the honda, I drove my friends and it just didn't feel right, it was fast as all hell, but I didn't like it, it didn't have that aggressive feel.

I have an 02' gixxer 750 that I moded out and it will hold it's own with most stock litre bikes, depending on the rider of course. I am gonna keep it for awhile I like it better than most bikes I've tested out but if I were gonna get a new one it would be the 10R.

Good Luck, Have Fun and Drive Safe!!
