    New Venture in my life is beginning.

    Well looks like I am finally making the plunge into the Real Estate game. I start school next week. Then I will be taking my state exam in around a month. Looks like things are FINALLY falling into place for me. Im really excited and nervous about it all.

    Good for you Bro! I've been in RE since I was a kid (19) and can't think of anything else I would rather do. Here is a tip:

    Money in RE is made in niche markets or by understanding and utilizing creative financing to get those folks that nobody else can get in. Sounds like what MJ's brother in law is doing.

    You can't to wrong with RE sales as a career. You just have to out hustle the competition. Bodybuilding will have given you some great background for this. Now go out and kick the shiet out of your fellow RE agents.

    i could have handled your ppl. theres a peach tree out back that needs picking... these toughguys were far to busy talkin the most broken english ive ever heard, they made flavor flav sound smart. and drinkin the cheapest nasty shiiit ive seen for years... they should give those ppl guns, move them into quarentine and let them kill each other..
