my cottage cheese

everynight same routine cottage cheese with mixed nuts and flax seed oil. but tonight the covering on my new tub of cottage cheese was raised as if gasses were built up inside. i double checked the expiry date and it didn't have a rotten odour to it. but it did have a zangy taste to it (yes zangy like tingly, i know i know) anyone else experience it. i guess i'll no for sure over the next day if i don't get the runs it was fine.

Thats funny because I cant even tell the difference in any kind of dairy product untill i taste it and at that point its too late.
