I got a few natural peanut butter questions....
So I am looking at the jar at it has a layer of oil on top which is suppose to be there. On the jar it says stir and then refridgerate. How the hell do you stir it to mix it all together when the peanut butter is so thick? I tried my best to mix it as good as I could while trying not to let any of the oil spill out over the top. Then I just stuck it in the fridge. Am I going to have to let it sit overnight and then i'll be able to try some tomorrow when it gets cold? Also, will it be spreadle? Doesn't seem like it will be too easy to spread once it gets cold. And last question, do I have to keep it in the fridge from now on? Thanks bros.

first, probably easier to mix up when it's warm when you first open it...JMO. just get a knife and stir it up real good. it's not crucial that it's mixed perfectly, so don't worry so much.
secondly, yea...refrigerate after opening

Yeah mix it before you refridgerate it. You gotta stir hard man it feels like i get a workout after i do it, lol.

Bros are right, mix it up warm. I have found taking out the peanut butter out and put it in a Tupperware container that is 2 to 3 time larger than the original jar makes it much easier to stir. Then I just refrigerate the Tupperware.

Before you stir, store the jar upside down for a few days. The oil will settle to the bottom, and when you open up the lid, it'll be easier to mix.
