    Do you think he could sue kazaa for this??? H E L L N O...... It would be in their agreement plus they are just file sharing so your downloading from other people kazaa is just a way to get the file they have no control over the quality of what you share... besides you should use dc++ I havnt never used kazaa cuz of all the **** that comes with it but yeah it would have to be in their "terms of use" or whatever....
