Anybody ever heard of theuratic outlet syndrome? Apparently I have it... I started having real bad pains in my right arm, felt almost like tendonitis, but then moved to my wrist and up into my shoulder over the next couple of days. I lifted two days ago for the first time since it happened and could not even do 4 sets of flat bench. Doctor says that it is either a pinched nerve, or a pinched vein??? Anyways if anybody has any advice, it would be great. I am taking Ibuprofen 3 pills 3x a day to help with inflamation.
