Should i train tonite?
i feel kind of crappy, thraot is a little sore, feel kind of tired, should i suck it up and go, or take the day off?

take off. When i feel ****ty i get a ****ty workout. Rest is more important so you are healthier for your next workout.

Pop a couple Ephed's and hit it then sleep real good..

If you really feel tired then indeed you should take the day off. Rest is very important.
But do not confuse lazy with tired !!??!!
