What's your favorite cardio exercise?
I was wondering what everyone's favorite, or at least the most productive cardio exercise is. Will it be the treadmill, stair climber, ect.

Boxing chasing a punching bag around for 30 mins try it you'll die. You need a lot of stamina.

OMG DOOD heavy bag is most uber intense cardio i do 1min drills where u hit for 1 min 30sec rest.. and i swear (means im not Lie'n) i got my HR up to about 230 for a brief period... it was beating so hard i didnt even need to touch my wrist/neck (had gloves on anyways) but i could feel the beats in my body...

also i was on mad hydroxy cuts back then .. they had a reco dosage of 4xPills per serving for advanced users for 3x serv's a day so thats 12 pills a day well after 6 monthes of using them i had mad tolernce and i got them free since my buddy won lifetime supply of muscletech products so i popped like 6 of them and did my mornin routine .. im pretty fargin good too man don't sleep. during my stoner days we used to play that ish all day at lunch during school, if we even went to class. half the time we would honestly skip school and end up "hackin it up" as we acll it

but Iwill admit im not that great at the stalls, but when it comes to war I got a BOOOOOT boy believe me i've been known to break windows and I have extremely good accuracy. I havent played hacky in like a good year to be honest.

i do the elliptical for 45- 1hr at 75-80BPM HR. No strain on joints, back , shins knees etc...

i THINK he meant stair master is no good becaue it keeps your heart rate too high which will burn muscle.

And the answer is NO as long as you keep your HR in check. I switch it up and do the SM sometimes, no HR issues, but I know that if i was in shi**y cardiovascular condition my heart rate would go through the roof.

i kant F'n SLeep im wired and i dont know why.. both my medications are "Cause Drowzyness" but i get up and put on my shorts and i fall wtf.. thank god for my ninja like reflexes so i was able to catch my self w/ my face
