Son of a.. i got a cold.
i started feelin it about 1 am this morning while i was still awake.. couldnt get much sleep.. finally woke up and took some psuedoephedrine and that helped a little..
Anything that will help it out, vitamins, oj, green tea, cardio? what will help this shti go away...
Paris.. i think you gave it to me.

JK...hope you feel better. And yeah, green tea helps a bunch cause it filters ya. Try some of that with a little gensing (sp) and honey. It should help a lot. I drink that sh!t all the time. Keeps me goin and its just damm good.

I've seen an ad for some product that is supposed to cut your cold healing time in half...but I can't remember what it is.
Go to your pharmacy and ask. Up your zinc, Vit C and keep your fluids up. And REST1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
