That was the definition of an "ass beating". That was a really good episode IMO. The whole hour wasn't just about Leben/Koscheck, which was a smart move.

Did anyone catch the previews for next week? Here, so stupid $hit came up on the other half of the screen so I had no clue what was going on. Maybe it was everywhere though.

BTW - Last nights fight kicked ass, by far the best one yet. IMO Diego will win the overall for middleweights. I think his only competition was Nate and he is gone (take a pook at the sparring video on TUF site). The previews for next week fvkked up here too. I jumped up and was like WTF?! My dog ran in to the bed room. haha they did have a little 10 second thing on after that and it sounded like Forrest is gonna fight next week. I wanna see that. Anybody that shaves 3/4 of their head the way he sis has gotta be a nut.
