Well, iv decided its time to get back into the swing of things. So i started morning cardio for the first time. I woke up at 6, well with my internal alarm clock i was up at 5:15, but stayed in bed till 6......It really wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. I started out walking to get my blood flowing then jogged for about 30min. I feel pretty good so far, but lets see how i feel this afternoon.....![]()
