i see some scrawny teenage kid weighing all of 100lbs doin 12 sets of bench presses, countless amounts of flys, followed by numerous amounts of cable cross overs, followed by pull overs - they totalled over 20 sets easy
and they werent even bringing the bar down to their chests during the benches
this kid and his dad got to the gym before me, and i went through a whole gruelling leg training session (about 1 hour 30 mins) before they finished doing their chest
as i was leaving they started on biceps![]()
i wanted to tell them but i couldnt bring myself to spoil their fun
i bet he does the same thing in 2 days time too
