Me and one of my friends made a bet on who would have the best results in 30 days on an ab program. We're gonna have 3 girls judge but here is my philosophy....everyday and rep ranges of 25-30 with 4 different exercises, no rest in between except a 45second rest after completing them all, then repeating. His philosophy is doing ab workouts with heavy weights, resting in between each set for over a minute and doing abs only 3 times a week. With your opinions which philosophy is better?
