out of shape
havent done any cardio
i have still been lifting
maybe when i get down there and look ike a total fat ass i will get some much needed motivation......

Have Fun I was in PC today. For work But it was raining. Oh well

Me and 5 other friends are going there for a week next saturday. Can't wait, all the d*mn lifting, cardio, dieting, and tanning will finally pay off in less than two weeks!
