    that's what i use bc it was the best value on allsportsnutrition so that's what i got. I might try a powder next and cap my own...

    I gotta take like 8 a day to feel anything. It's only 625mg per capsule. I don't think it's bad though for the price. I'd like to find a decient powder though...If you come across some lemme know, i'll do the same.

    TrueProtein.com has the best value for trib i have found. Powder sold in 100 gram increments standardized to 90% saponins.
