Well, ive had a look and if it is a photoshop job, then its extremely good. Looking at his normal pics, and looking at this one they do appear to be the same person, so i dont actually think its photoshopped.

I believe its probably an older picture of him, reason why is that the shape of his face, the muscles and the size of his neck look proportionate to the size of his arms.

Look at the other picture of him, his arms are bigger, but so is his neck and surrounding muscles.

It would be very very hard to edit his neck and face to make them look slimmer, the arm doesnt look photoshopped upon closer inspection, the colours match, there doesnt appear to be any airbrushing, smudging or anything.

The ONLY thing i can think of is that its someone elses head put on that body, but i dont believe thats the case, looking at his arm, the veins are in exactly the same places too -not amazing but does make me think its a real pic.

So, in conclusion its my best guess that its an older picture of him, and it is NOT photoshopped. If we can try and identify the event he was at then we can get to the bottom of this.
