I remember commenting on this about 2 weeks ago in the Training Forum from another thread.
What I said was, "If it sounds too good to be true.............."
U know the rest.
But, lots of people have to try it just to see. Suffice it to say, it's like Santa, it's not real, it's a farce, etc. You may be swollen from serious aggravation to the area, but it's not an INCH of lean muscle tissue. I could also punch the sh*t out of my quads over and over again and cause swelling and increase their size, but that's not too much of a good idea.![]()

Sure do Red, it involves a rope, a large guage prince albert piercing and a 75 lb dumbell.
this does sound a little fishy, but maybe if you have 10in bi's, they will jump to 11 . . . but keep us posted on the progress anyway.

yeah I read that a little while back. But I think you can't do arms for like 2 weeks after, because you would def. overtrain.

We just finished our second hour. Its food time. For the first meal I took 2 bites of salmon in a pouch and honked. AandF was laffin at me, I thought I was chokin at first, then I started to laff and continue chewing as I honked. The worst part is I dunno if I threw up my M1T's from two hours before. Anyone know if they would be absorbed in two hours?? I took another to be safe.

Wow... did 3 hours of it and figured 18 supersets and 3 meals was enough for one session. I was eating dinner and my arm was cramping up, I don't want to wake up tomorrow. Obviously this isn't a routine to be done more than every 6 months or so but I think once in awhile its good to blast the muscle in an extreme way like this.
you measure yet? i'd double or triple your protien.
Yea, 1/4 inch gain after the workout... ive been eating tuna like its going out of style today.

a week ago i had 16 inch arms, but i've managed to get them up to 23 inches of pipe by doing it every day. i'll prolly stop when they hit around 27 though, i don't want them to be too much bigger than my head.
