ip problem

ok i turn on my pc today and i cant get outlook express or IE to connect to anything. i tried disable/enable my wireless but still nothing. before i logged into my account a message came up saying that my ip address was already being used. i dont get it. i staticly assigned myself a certain ip. so i access my router and look at the active dhcp table and it shows another pc using my ip. i deleted that computer but i still cant use it. wth??

try reseting the router

this will clear the routing table and it will assign all new ip addresses
