    Getting Started

    I am 5'10" and weigh about 188 lbs. I am thinking of starting a cycle what would be a good strong beginning combination over like a 10 week period? On another subject my body fat is around 21% I would also want to decrease that signigantly how can I accomplish this...

    Bro, before you even consider starting a cycle, go to www.steriodbible.com and check out the profiles, side effect, and any and everything you can find on steriods . Then jump back on this board and use the search option to research what the members here have had to say about their cycles and the effects they have experienced.     A buddy of mine has it. I never actually purchased it. (Yet) He swears by it and he looks fantastic. I've read through it and it has a lot of great stuff. Definitely worth a look....
