What are some of the most unusual/unique training methods you've ever tried? It could be anything from training for a strong man comp to doing things that you thought may help you in your sport.
The only ones I have would be from when I first started playing football. I would grab cinder blocks and see how far I could throw them in my back yard and I would also see how long I could grip them. Another thing I did was put my dads truck in neutral and push it around the yard. Now that is some good cardio!![]()
