Any damage being done by riding a bike ( Bicycle )

Recently I converted my mountain bike to a road bike, I do it for cardio and it's working like a champ..

I do about an hour a day, and love it..

When I started it was a normal mountain bike, and about 2 months ago I changed the tires over to road tires, got V-brake system, a seat with a split in the middle, and bicycle shorts with a pad underneath..

Now I know that you can squish the vein supplying blood to the "tool" but I am hoping with the split seat and pad I will prevent this.. Also my legs are pretty **** sore today, yet I still wanna ride in the worst way.. I just don't know if any damage will happen.. Let me know guys! THANKS!

Sounds like you have everything covered. All i would be worried about is the vein squishing thing.
