I can't beleive it. I've been working extra hard these past few months for numerous reasons. 1. A show I attended last week. 2. This festival **** where everyone and their mother is going to be. and 3. My b-day next week I'm heading out to the Bahamas with my GF. So...Last week made it to the show looking great. NO PROBLEM. I go eat dinner at my mother's house a few days ago and she's like wow I'm surprised you always get sick this week for the past 22 years. I'm like yeah I know but I'm not gonna get sick for sure cause I've been taking good care of myself lately. So here I am today the night before the music festival where everyone is going to be at SICK AS HELL! I forced myself to train today because I refused to let go after I've worked so hard for last week, today, and next week for my B-day. Pushed myself today and had to cut my workout short cause I felt horrible. I can't beleive this ****. I'm totally jinxed! I weighted myself today and I've been sick for about 2 days but nothing close to as bad as I was today. I lost like 4-5lbs I'm so pist off you don't understand. On top of that, this happened to me like 2 weeks post cycle AHHHH! Well, I'm going tomarrow hopefully I get better anyone got some remedy secrets they wanna share to get better overnight? feel free!
