I have a serious cramping problem. Need help.
Ok guys, not really sure where this should go so i'll put it here.
Anyway, heres the deal. About two weeks ago my forearms and my biceps started cramping like a mofo. I figured it was just because of my workout, but its been 2 weeks since Ive lifted arms and im still cramping up. If I push on my bicep, the actually "split." If you've seen Boyer Coe split his bi's then thats what mine do. After working out other bodyparts, they did the same thing. The middle of my back actually cramps up now, along with my anterior deltoid, chest, calves, quads. The only thing that hasn't cramped up is my abs. ITs really really strange. Anyway, I've been drinking a ton of water, eating bananas, and taking 1500mg of Potassium/day but the $hit is still cramping up. I really don't know what else to do. Any suggestions guys?
BTW, Im on 75mg/day of prop and 250mg/eq every 4 days. Could the EQ be doing this? I've ran it 4 times before, but never had these problems. Any help would be great.

take 2-3 spons of regular table salt along with the potatisium. That should stop it.
Also increase potatisium ammount. to maby 5-7 grams or so daily.

In addition to potassium, add a calcium/magnesium supplement to that as well.
Many neglect those two (you can find them sold as a pill) and it should help greatly.
