do any of u all know how i can find a powerlifting coach in the central florida area?

Did you try google? that is all the help I can give ya bro...sorry..

look in the yellow pages under personal trainers, and then ask the trainers if they train powerlifting. if they say "no" (which they prolly will), ask if they can recommend one.
