Who do you listen to while working out?

What are some of your favorite artists to listen to while working out?

Different music for different types of lifting or cardio?

so many threads on this one...

rage against the machine, korn, and pantera are the core. I surround them with a bunch of other metal, but these are the main 3.

cool maing, i have "friends of the suncross" on my pump list.

the other schiesse on it includes opeth, carcass, emperor, COC, iron maiden, bathory, etc.

i pick songs based on fast tempo and general asskickingness so i can **** the weights up.
